This is what my desk looks like on packaging day. Each individual bait is meticulously inspected before packaging. I have ZERO tolerance for any imperfections. The slightest air pocket or tail not fully enclosed gets tossed and it's what I use for my personal stash. Luckily, the molds are designed with mostly a 99.99% perfect shot rate. Though, some other variables come into play that's not directly on the mold itself. The higher the durometer of plastic, the easier it is to burn/yellow when dealing with higher melting points. I take pride in what I do. I started making baits in 2012, went full time 2014. Then, there was maybe 1-2 other companies actually making their own custom molds/products as "the smaller Joe."
