Open year round!!

Heyyyyy y'all! 👋 I am looking for a specific customer and also anyone who has any experience with Ankylosing spondylitis.

Last year or so I had a customer reach out to me about her journey with ankylosing spondylitis because she thought that my symptoms seemed similar. At the time I didn't think so, but over the past 6 months or so it does seem more and more like my symptoms do match that.

I also just had a CT scan for issues with my stomach and that showed some spondylosis. I know that MRIs are better at seeing that so I think that I should ask for that and some blood work to rule out Ankylosing Spondylitis. However, I would prefer a doctor that's more knowledgeable on that as I know that it is extremely under diagnosed and misdiagnosed.

The journey from doctor to doctor and trying to find out what's going on with me over the last 2 years has completely taken its toll, not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, and degenerative discs but I just don't think that those things explain ALL of the chronic pain I live in every single day. I also know that fibromyalgia can be a misdiagnosis for other things when they can't figure it out. Especially with spondylosis showing up on the CT scan.

Also, it did show some cysts on my liver which is typically completely normal however, one of them is pretty large at 6.5 CM. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with having issues from that? My doctor messaged me and said everything looked pretty normal. He didn't seem concerned about that but given all of my stomach pain, nausea, and other things it seems like that would be the route to explore? He just told me to continue taking Gas X???? 😭🤣

I've gotten to the point where I don't really share as much anymore, especially knowing that people can use your posts and your disabilities against you sometimes. Sad, but true. However, I know that I have amazing customers and a large audience so I'm hoping some of you guys have some experience with these things and can kind of point me in the right direction??

Bruce sent this message a while back and I've been meaning to share it!

He stopped by the other day and I asked him about it. He said they went to Hawaii and tried a place that was one of the best there.

He said we are better than Hawaiian shave ice!

Hawaii is known for their shave ice so this is probably one of the biggest compliments ever.

Guys!! We ARE OPEN YEAR ROUND!!! I keep getting asked if we are open. We are open every. single. day and we want to see y'all!! Y'all are the reason that we stay open year-round. If you stop coming then we have to close so make sure you share our posts, engage, and keep coming, because lots of people don't know that we are open year round.

Hours do change as we move into cooler weather however, we are open 7 days of the week!

I will always post on socials and change Google hours if there's ever a time that we have to close unexpectedly or for severe weather.

I will never just leave you guys hanging you can always find that information on Facebook, Google, and our website icealicious.com.

We start serving house-made hot chocolates like white chocolate and butterscotch hot chocolate in October.

We've been asked if we continue to serve our shave ice as well?? Yes we do!! and we do lots of fun seasonal shave ice like this one, the pumpkin pie cheesecake stuffed.

We still have our shark attack and our Strawberry Shortcake with real pound cake and lots of fresh strawberries keep an eye out for a new special very soon.

Hahahaha. I came across this gem today from when my momma and I went to a protest against GMOs. I was pregnant with my daughter, so over 13 years ago. I look soooo happy 😭😂

Y'all didn't know I was an activist back when I was young and had the energy to be mad at these corporations huh??? Lol.
