After a six hour pickleball session, I went to visit my friend’s bakery L’Arc Pâtisserie to try some new flavors. My regular faves are usually mango, peach, strawberry 10/10 but this time come try something different with me! 🍌 🍏 🥜

I’m incredibly grateful to be nominated for The Journal Record’s Woman of the Year.

Sometimes I think about the younger version of me who started working in a restaurant kitchen at 16. She was just watching her parents work hard, helping her family, and figuring life out as she went.

I’ve spent most of my life just putting one foot in front of the other. Building businesses, raising our boys, empowering children, making plenty of mistakes, starting over, and trying to use what I’ve been given to do some good along the way.

To be recognized alongside so many women in Oklahoma who are doing meaningful work in their own fields is something I’m truly grateful for.

I don’t know if you ever really feel like you’ve “arrived.” I know I don’t. I still feel like that girl who is learning as she goes.

When life gets busy, I love the moments that make us slow down and celebrate the people we love. 💗 This weekend, we got to do just that for Jennifer Chanchaleune Ly and Lai Laila.

Good friends, silly hats, lots of catching up, and new memories to add to the old ones. Sometimes the best part of birthdays is simply having a reason to be together. 🎂
