🧵✨ MEET OUR FIRST NEW INSTRUCTOR AT THE STUDIO! ✨🧵

Remember when I told you there were some exciting new things coming to The Studio — including classes you’ve been asking for for years?

Well…here’s the first one! 🎉

We are so excited to welcome Patricia Oglesby to The Studio at Paper Arts! Patricia will be kicking things off with a Beginning Sewing Class on Thursday, October 1 at 7:00 PM.

And because this is the very first class, we’re making it super easy to give sewing a try:

🪡 First class — just $10!
🧵 All ages are welcome
👩‍👧 Students under 16 need an adult with them — and that adult can attend FREE!
🪡 Don’t have a sewing machine? Borrow one for $10.

This first class is all about getting comfortable with your sewing machine. Patricia will help you learn your way around it, practice using it, and understand how to choose a sewing project that’s right for you.

No experience necessary. This is truly a BEGINNING sewing class!

And this is only the beginning — more sewing classes are coming! ❤️

👀✨ GUESS WHAT’S COMING TO THE STUDIO?! ✨👀

Okay, y’all… I have been sitting on something and I’m finally ready to start teasing it. 😏

These are classes you have been asking me to bring to first the store and now The Studio for YEARS.

Not months.

YEARS. 🙌

And here’s the really exciting part…

We’re bringing in outside professionals who specialize in their craft to teach them! 🎨✨

I’ve always wanted The Studio to be a place where we can explore ALL kinds of creativity—and sometimes that means bringing in talented guest instructors who can share their expertise with our creative community.

And now… it’s happening. 🎉

I’m not telling you what the classes are just yet. 🤐

But I WILL tell you this:

✨ You’ve asked for them.
✨ I’ve been listening.
✨ We found the right instructors.
✨ And they’re FINALLY coming to The Studio at Paper Arts!

🍂🐮 LOOK AT THIS HERD! 🐮🍂

Last Thursday’s Paint & Sip at S&B Burger Joint was an absolute BLAST!

We had a packed house of painters tackling our fall Highland cow, and one of my favorite things about teaching these events is watching the exact same starting design turn into completely different paintings. ❤️

Different cows. Different pumpkins. Different personalities. And SO MANY fabulous finished canvases!

And can we talk about this crowd?! We painted, ate, laughed, made a glorious mess, and somehow by the end of the night there was an entire herd of Highland cows staring back at us. 😂🐮

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out and painted with me—and to S&B for giving us a place to gather, create, eat some great food, and have a little fun on a Thursday night.

If you’ve been looking at our Paint & Sip events thinking, “I could never paint that…” these pictures are your proof that YES, YOU CAN. ❤️ No experience required. I’ll walk you through it one step at a time.
