New specials at the Bistro! A Berry Salad for these last hot weeks of the summer before we (fingers crossed) get to fall. Mixed greens, goat cheese, candied pecans, grilled chicken breast and tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. The Birria Panini is like a French Dip made Mexican style. Birria is a classic stewed beef dish with a rich spiced (but not "spicy" hot at all) broth, and we put it on our focaccia bread with 2 cheeses and pickled red onions for brightness and crunch!
