We are so excited to be back again this year!

Our sweets stand will have homemade ice cream and of course our handcrafted Blackbird chocolates.

One of the things we’re most excited about for this year’s Ham City Fall Fest is how much we’ve grown the FOOD side of the festival!

We wanted to bring together a lineup where everyone is doing their own thing and that’s exactly what we got!

We are at it AGAIN! Blackbird Chocolate Company is at the Summer Sun Down Fest located at the Effingham’s Lake Sarah Stage (across from Pinky’s). We are selling homemade ice cream sundaes and of course our chocolate bonbons. If you have a sweet tooth this is certainly for you 😉. We will be here all night until 12AM ✨ cream

Thank you Effingham Artisan Fair for naming us Best Emerging Artist! It was such a huge pleasure being at this year’s fair where we made new friends and connected with some truly amazing people. Thank you to all of those who paid us a visit and took the time to have some lovely conversation, we are thankful for all of the love and support! 😊🩷

And a special thank you to the sweet girl who gave us the adorable duck, it made our day!! 🐥 ✨

Summer Flavors are here! ☀️
This season we have..

-Caramel Crisp: Our classic caramel but with a crunchy twist! (Gluten Free)

-Coconut Cream: Dark chocolate shell filled with all natural coconut cream 🌴

-Key Lime Pie: White chocolate filled with our signature key lime ganache, marshmallow fluff and shortbread. Just like a classic key lime pie but in bonbon form!

-Lemon Blueberry Tart: White chocolate filled with Blueberry Pate De Fruit made from Just Berries* blue berries located in Stewardson, IL. Our lemon ganache and layered with homemade shortbread cookie. 🍋🫐

- Mango: Dark Chocolate shell filled with tangy mango ganache. 🥭

- Orange Cream: White chocolate paired with bright orange ganache and a hint of vanilla. 🍊
