Today we reached a significant milestone in the construction of our new Engine Rebuild Center in Little Rock, AR: the Topping Out Ceremony. 🏗️

In construction tradition, the topping out marks the placement of a building's final beam. It's a moment to pause, recognize how far the project has come, and give everyone involved a chance to become part of its history. Before the final beam was lifted into place, our team, our families, and our partners at Nabholz Corporation each signed it. A permanent mark inside a facility that will serve our customers for decades.

The Riggs Cat Engine Rebuild Center is on track to open in April 2027. When complete, it will significantly expand our rebuild capacity and allow us to return machines to our customers faster and with the quality they expect from Riggs Cat.

We are incredibly grateful to Nabholz for their exceptional work on this project and to everyone who joined us today to be part of this moment. This is what building something meaningful looks like. 💛

Last week we said farewell to one of the most beloved members of the Riggs Cat family.

Michael Marrs spent 32 years with our company starting as a mechanic and rising to become our Director of Safety, a role he held with extraordinary distinction for 10 years. Everyone at Riggs Cat knows Michael. Everyone loves and respects him. And everyone is a little safer because of him.

This year, Michael received the Clark Thomas Safety Award: a Lifetime Achievement Award established by Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and one of the highest safety honors in the state. It is a fitting capstone to a career built on doing things the right way, every single day.

Michael, thank you for 32 years of dedication, leadership, and heart. The impact you've made on this company will be felt for decades to come. We are so proud of you and so grateful for everything you've given us. Enjoy every moment of retirement, you have more than earned it!
