-All of my products are custom made at time of order. Therefore, no items will always be the same.
-Please allow time for production so please plan your purchase accordingly.
- Refunds are available only if item is lost during shipment.
-Understand that custom orders are made specifically for you and so I cannot refund.
- It is the customers responsibility to file a claim with

al service for damaged merchandise.
-All orders are shipped with tracking information via USPS.
