Update regarding Tokyo Nights
After a great deal of consideration, we want to let everyone know that Tokyo Nights will no
longer be taking place at The Secret Garden in August as was originally planned.
Over the past several weeks, challenges with the venue, combined with valuable feedback
from attendees, ultimately made it clear that our vision for Tokyo Nights and the
direction of the venue were no longer aligned.
This was not an easy decision, but it was the right one. We will never compromise the
quality, organization, safety or intended experience of our events simply to keep a date
or venue.
From day one Tokyo Nights has been about more than cars: Itโs about bringing people together
and building a community around a shared passion. Itโs always been a long-term vision,
not short-term convenience, and every decision we make is guided by whatโs best for
this community and the integrity of the event. Our original events reflected that vision
by remaining free for attendees. As the event grew, our most recent venue partnership
introduced operational requirements including but not limited to paid vehicle entry which
was never intended to define what Tokyo Nights is about. As we move forward, we are excited
to pursue opportunities that better reflect the experience weโve envisioned from the beginning.
Thank you to everyone who has attended, shared our events, volunteered, brought
your cars, supported our vendors, and believed in what weโre building. None of this
would exist without you. Weโll share updates soon.
