So the big hit from the Wine Tasting Tuesday night was this nice Barbera!
**Ricossa Piemonte Barbera Appassimento is a rich, fruit-forward Italian red made from Barbera grapes using the appassimento technique (partially drying the grapes before fermentation). This concentrates the fruit flavors and gives the wine a softer, fuller style.

Last nights tasting was a complete home run and one of the favourites was this small production wine from France!!
La Bandolaise is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Merlot!!
So good and we served with a slight chill!!
