After 5 business days, we can not accept ANY type of return. All items are personalized with premium 6 year vinyl Oracal 651. All vinyl decals are strong, but can wear over time if not properly handled. Please follow care instructions provided with your items. For all drinkware & glassware, wash before use. Always HAND WASH. Do not put in dishwasher even if your item is dishwasher safe. Be careful with cup holders. If it is too tight around your drinkware, it can cause wear on your vinyl. An alternative option would be to put a paper towel over the cup when using a tight cup holder. For heat transfer vinyl (HTV) the buyer is responsible for applying the decal with instructions provided. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during the iron on process to the decal/person/belongings. We occasionally have "Facebook giveaways", if you are the winner you must contact us with 5 days to claim the decal. For example, giveaways on Friday you must contact L&B by that Wednesday.
