RETURN POLICY:
Miss Jojo's will only accept returns on items within 7 days of purchase, NOT delivery date, but the date you actually purchased item. The buyer MUST contact Miss Jojo's via message prior to returning item, this is to safe guard the buyer to assure contact was made within the 7 days from purchase.
Buyer is responsible for return postage. Once Miss Jojo's receives the returned item it will be inspected to determine if item is being returned due to damage from shipping, handling or buyer. If the item is accepted for return the buyers money will be refunded at that time. If it is determined that the damage was done by the buyer the item will be returned to the buyer at no additional cost.
