Offered is a 1980's Desert Rose Trading Jay King design necklace. This necklace is constructed with 925 Sterling and Turquoise. Jay King sources his materials worldwide and does have many of his designs assembled in China. I revised this description as I was told this is most likely Hubei Turquoise from China. Hubei Turquoise has a rich history and diverse quality.
The necklace measures about 19" if laid out as straight as possible, not including the hook style clasp and extension chain. It is marked 925 China. There is plenty of information on the internet about Jay King and Desert Rose Trading, his designs and the materials he uses.
There is some lingering scent of cologne and/or smoke from the previous owner.
I’m offering this at a great price as the exact necklace recently sold on an online website for $427, wow!
