Our Hatch Chile Jerky may be available at select farmers markets this weekend, August 8 and 9—but quantities will be limited.

If you’re hoping to grab some at your local market, we strongly recommend preordering so we can reserve it for you.

Here’s how:

Order your Hatch Chile Jerky online.
Choose Local Pickup in Elgin at checkout.
Reply to your order confirmation with the farmers market where you’d like to pick it up.

We’ll confirm the pickup details and bring your reserved order to the market.

🥓 NEW Spicy Hatch Chile Bacon Jerky

Any remaining inventory may be available for walk-up purchases, but preordering is the only way to guarantee yours.

Orders that are not picked up locally will begin shipping August 10.

Hey there,

Hatch chile season only comes once a year—and our limited seasonal Hatch Chile Jerky is officially back for preorder.

This year, you can choose from two flavors:

🌶 Spicy Hatch Chile Beef Jerky
Tender grass-fed beef seasoned with salt, black pepper and real fire-roasted Hatch green chiles.

🥓 NEW Spicy Hatch Chile Bacon Jerky
Smoky bacon jerky with the same bold, fire-roasted Hatch chile flavor.

Both flavors are sugar-free, gluten-free and made without MSG, preservatives or unnecessary fillers.

Orders begin shipping August 10, but local customers may be able to get theirs sooner.

We expect to have limited quantities at our farmers markets on August 8 and 9. To guarantee yours:

1.) Place your preorder online.
2.) Select Local Pickup in Elgin at checkout.
3.) Reply to your order confirmation and tell us which farmers market you’d like to pick it up from.

We’ll confirm whether your selected market is available and bring your order with us.

Quantities at the markets will be limited, so preordering is the best way to make sure we don’t sell out before you get there.

This weekend, we're thinking about the ones who never made it home.

ATX Jerky started as a father-son tradition in the northern woods of Wisconsin — two people, a beat-up dehydrator, and a whole lot of time spent just being together. That's what this brand is built on. Family. Showing up for each other. Not taking the people you love for granted.

Memorial Day isn't really about barbecues. It's about the empty chair at the table — the people who gave everything so the rest of us could have ordinary Tuesdays and long weekends and something as simple as a backyard cookout.
