In August of 2024 the American Institute of Organbuilders held their convention in Salt Lake City, UT. Highlights included a visit to Bigelow & Co workshop and instrument demonstrations by the Bigelow & Co, Austin Organs Inc., Schoenstein & Co., and Aeolian Skinner Organ Company.

In March of 2024 we worked on all Mixture ranks at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka, IN. The instrument's mixtures did not stay in tune, mostly due to poorly shaped tuning slides. All of the mixture pipes were brought back to our facility and refitted with new tuning slides. They were then meticulously tuned and brought back to proper speech.

Things don't always go as planned. In 2017 we were privileged to rebuild the organ at First Presbyterian Church in Hartford City, IN. The project included repainting the facade. After 7 years the paint began to flake off on several pipes. In February of 2024 we brought the pipes back to our facility to refinish at no cost to the church. While we were disappointed that the original work didn't hold up, we are proud to stand behind our product and make it right.

In July of 2023 we were hired to remove and store the organ for St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Fort Wayne, IN. Phase two will involve reinstalling the instrument in the balcony.
