We are gearing up to head north for the last race of the season with Y.O.R.R. Yellowstone Off Road Racing Yorracing.com in Columbus, Montana. We were able to to secure a 2nd place finish on this course last year. Lets see if we cant bring that P1 home!

Just tiding up some electrical and small mechanical work on the race car. Then we roll out on Thursday.

When was the last time you pulled your axle shafts?

We run across this issue all the time. Axle shafts seized into the front differential or transmission. About as common as it gets.

This is typically caused from lack of maintenence and no anti-seize lubricant. These machines often see water, mud, rain, dust, mud, and everything in between. Which creeps into the splines of your axle shafts and hosting parts.

We suggest pulling your shafts at lease once a year, cleaning the splines, and applying anti-seize. The last place you want a seized axle shaft, is on the trail. Replacing a broken shaft on the trail can be quick and easy, unless you're in this situation.

Get on the schedule for your end of season maintenance and inspection. We can pull your axle shafts, clean the splines and make sure they are not seized up.

Customer stated this machine is riding rough and not nearly as stable.

Those OEM springs sure do fail prematurely. Best bang for your buck is a true dual rate kit.

Polaris Turbo R in the shop for some repairs.

This machine was rolled. We ditched the OEM cage and installed a TQR cage for added safety and strength.

We are also installing new tie rods and many cosmetic plastics and doors.
