Celebrate Carter County Photography Contest 2026
ElizArts is inviting photographers of all kinds to submit their favorite photographs celebrating the places, people, landscapes, and moments that make Carter County special!

Submission Deadline: September 25 at 9:45 PM

How It Works
Submit one photograph taken in Carter County. Upload your photo directly through the application on our website. Our jury will review all submissions and select 10 finalists.

• The Top 10 photographs will be displayed at the 2nd Annual ElizArts Fall Art Festival in Downtown Elizabethton on October 3rd. The winner will be selected by People's Choice voting during the festival. Winner announced at 5:45 PM on festival day!

But the celebration doesn't end there.... All 10 finalist photographs will also be exhibited at the Elizabethton-Carter County Public Library through December 29, 2026.

Whether you're a professional photographer, passionate hobbyist, or simply someone who knows exactly when to capture a great moment, we want to see Carter County through your eyes.
