Good morning, everyone!
We wanted to address some of the rumors and concerns surrounding the release of the new Dr. Enuf Grape this morning.
First, while our normal opening time is 10:00 AM, we did allow customers to come in early because our parking lot filled up much sooner than expected. We felt it was the safest and fairest thing to do rather than have everyone waiting outside.
We also want to clear up a rumor that has been circulating: we were NOT sold out at 8:30 AM. That information is simply not true.
To be completely honest, if we had known the response was going to be this overwhelming, we absolutely would have handled things differently. We understand many of you are frustrated, and truthfully, we’re frustrated too that we weren’t better prepared for the incredible demand.
One thing that has always been part of our business is that we do not place limits on products, and we have never operated that way. We believe in treating every customer the same, and that has always been our business practice.
The good news is that we just received four more pallets of Dr. Enuf Zero Grape a few minutes ago, and we’re expecting another 8–10 pallets to arrive sometime today. There is more product on the way!
We absolutely understand that some of you are disappointed. If you’d like to share your frustrations in the comments, we respect that and are happy to hear your feedback. However, we do ask that everyone remain respectful. Comments or private messages containing profanity or abusive language will result in being blocked from our page.
