A friend of mine's husband recently passed away unexpectedly. I worked with both of them for many years. I wanted to give her something special, so I made her this blanket, using all the things I new about him and cross stitching it on the squares. He was an avid fan of the University of KY. He loved music and their dogs. I hope that it will evoke good memories of their time together because this has been devastating for her.

Sweaters for my mom. She was an avid crocheter. She was diagnosed with Alzheimers several years ago and can't remember how to crochet anymore. She bought the yarn some time ago so I decided to put it to good use. Now she can't decide which one she wants to wear...lol

I made my mom a sweater. She's 88 years old and has Alzheimer's. She used to knit and crochet, but can no longer remember how to make a simple chain. It's disheartening to watch her go through this. We went to Hobby Lobby some time ago, and she picked out this yarn. She wanted to make a sweater for herself. I watched her trying to figure it out, but she eventually gave up on it. So, I made it for her. She loves it, which is what counts.

My version of the very popular Taylor Swift crochet dress. This one is for my oldest granddaughter, who squealed when I showed her a Pic of the dress. She picked the colors. If interested, price starts at $120.00 for a size small. This one took $40 in yarn.
