An unique opportunity has come up in the Danish Villages in Elk Horn, Iowa. The retail shop of Copenhagen Friday is available for sale on Main Street just across the parking lot of the Danish Windmill.

Because Elk Horn, Iowa is a very popular tourist attraction with an original restored Windmill from Denmark and boasts of having a very influential Danish Museum in the country which honors the cultures of the Danish immigrants of the USA, this town supports other business and wonderful restaurants. Copenhagen Friday sits amid of all of this activity. This building has served many functions in the past. It was once a Resturant of the owners family. Later the harness shop next door became part of the building when lawyers and other businessmen used this space as office buildings. Once again the building saw some remodeling and updates when it became Copenhagen Friday. This shop, maybe purchased as a turn key business or for your own new business space in this historic town. Many possible options available.
