A Few Safety tips for a Safe holiday and watching experience.
Don't let the humidity affect your 4th of July display. Fireworks are made with a lot of paper products and they like to soak up the damp air; unfortunately that will effect it's performance. It may not light, shoot properly or stop before it is finished. With this humidity, if possible keep stored in the air-conditioning until your event.
And always buy from a reputable retailer

1) NEVER try to re-light a fireworks that has not completely gone off, you could be seriously hurt if it blows up.
2) NEVER try to modify your fireworks. Use as intended for yours and everyone's safety. Don't ruin your fun with a serious injury
3) Always keep a bucket of water or a running garden hose nearby to quickly extinguish accidents.
4) Keep spectators at least 35 feet away for ground items and 150 feet for aerial fireworks.
5) Never have any part of your body over the firework when lighting, it could miss fire and injure you
6) Make sure fireworks are on level ground, and they do not wobble: if so brace with rocks or bricks to keep it upright while it is firing
7) Let the firework cool off or douse with water before disposing to make sure it does not re-light
8) Most of all have FUN and Enjoy time with family and friends celebrating America's 250th Birthday!
