Another successful year is in the books!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, exhibited, and supported the Elkhart Hamfest. Your enthusiasm and dedication are what make this event such a success year after year.

We truly appreciate everyone who traveled near and far to spend the day with us. We hope you had a great time catching up with old friends, making new ones, finding some great deals, and celebrating the amateur radio community together.

Here’s a photo dump from this year’s event—see if you can spot yourself!

Thank you again for making the Elkhart Hamfest another memorable success. We can’t wait to see everyone next year!

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ

A parking and vendor entrance map is attached for your reference. (NOTE: NOTICE THE BLACK SHADED AREA OF THE EVENT PARKING. THIS AREA CURRENTLY HAS A LARGE DIRT STRIP THAT APPEARED YESTERDAY FOR AN EVENT NEXT WEEKEND. PLEASE GO AROUND AND NOT THROUGH THIS AREA. IT'S A CURVEBALL TO SAY THE LEAST. BUT WE'LL HAVE TO WORK AROUND IT FOR THIS YEAR'S EVENT.)

There’s still plenty of parking spaces available, but will admit this is in one of the main parking areas. 🙄

August 1st Hamfest officially opens at 9:00 AM EDT and concludes at 2:00 PM EDT.

During the event you'll find:

Complimentary coffee.
VE Testing: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM / 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM.
Catered food available.
Door prizes throughout the day.
50/50 Raffle.

On behalf of all of the Elkhart Hamfest volunteers, thank you for helping make this event possible. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to seeing everyone this weekend.
