There is something about being surrounded by flowers that reminds us…

We don’t have to rush our growth.

Before there is a bloom, there are roots.
Before there is strength, there is stillness.
Before we can fully open, we have to feel safe enough to soften.

Today was a reminder to slow down enough to feel ourselves again.

To move with intention.
To breathe through the uncomfortable moments.
And to remember that we don’t all bloom on the same timeline. 🌸

Not just wellness experiences—but little opportunities to practice being present in our bodies and present in our lives.

Root down. Breathe deep. Bloom in your own time. 🫶🏼
