Since June 17th, we have placed right at 40-50 Bibles into the hands of people in our community through two repurposed newspaper boxes. We have about 50 Bibles left on hand to continue doing this.

When Katie and I first had this idea, this was not in our plans. I am thankful that someone came to me and asked if I could find them a “large print” Bible. I am thankful for our community who said, if someone needs one Bible then here are 100 of them. I am thankful that we have this spot in front of our family’s grocery store that we can share the love of books and that now it’s a known spot you can get a Bible.

My favorite that we’ve gotten is this one, The Bible Made Easy. It’s a great introduction and explains really well what’s going on.

We created a Bible wish list for The Book Box ♥️♥️

I truly believe that each Bible is going to be put in the hands and homes of someone who needs it. I feel like it’s something we have an opportunity to do and make an impact with. Isn’t it all worth it if we get even one more sweet soul into Heaven?

This wishlist may just make it easier to purchase and have it sent directly to us, in the book box, and into the hearts of others.

We have had a request for Bibles in The Book Box - if any of you happen to come across any I know it would be greatly appreciated ♥️ one particular request was for large print.

Katie and I were at the Goodwill in Albany Monday and they did not have any that we saw.
