Summer sweetness has officially arrived, y’all — and it’s coming straight from my friend’s watermelon truck.
These watermelons are looking plump, juicy, and downright proud of themselves… like they know they’re the stars of July. 🍉🚚

And of course, Pete the Sourdough Starter has already inserted himself into the situation.
He took one look at that truck photo, marched himself over to the counter, and sat down with a whole bowl of watermelon like he’s hosting his own cooking show.
He’s been “taste‑testing” all morning, which is Pete‑speak for eating watermelon and refusing to help with anything else.

These beauties are fresh, delicious, and only $7 each, so grab one while they’re still rolling in.

💛 We’re BACK at full strength, y’all! 🥖✨

We’re so excited to share that the bakery is officially back to being fully operational after running at half capacity these last few weeks. One of our bakers was out recovering (not the stomach‑bug kind of sick — just needed some time to heal up), and we appreciate everyone’s patience while we adjusted.

What truly meant the world to us were all the calls, texts, messages, and check‑ins from our amazing customers. Y’all showed so much love and support, and we felt every bit of it. Thank you for lifting us up and sticking with us through the slowdown.

Now we’re back, ovens hot, mixers spinning, and ready to bring all your favorites again.
We appreciate y’all more than you know. 💛

Y’all showed OUT at the market today and we felt the love all morning. We had such a great turnout and truly enjoyed visiting, laughing, and catching up with everyone who stopped by.

You cleaned us out of all our sourdough breads, scones, cookies, apple bread, and banana bread — bless it, y’all don’t play when it comes to carbs.

🌿✨ We’re getting everything ready for the Ellaville Farmers Market tomorrow — and we’re bringing SAMPLES!
I’ll be sharing a picture tonight of our garden focaccia with dipping oil, because tomorrow morning we’ll be giving out free samples of both the focaccia and our seeded granola. Come taste before you buy.

We counted every single thing we baked today… and we’re bringing around 92 items with us to the Square.
That includes all of our sourdough favorites — pizza crust, mini crusts, several types of sourdough breads, loaf breads, scones, bagel bundles, chocolate chip cookies, and pancake mix.

We’ll also have a few non‑sourdough treats, all made with our raw organic honey from the farm: blueberry muffins, apple bread, and our granola.
