Wow…Harris County you blew me away!!! We had big plans Saturday for our Mother’s Day flowers. Two of our markets got rained out so we had to pivot and boy did you show up! I am extremely humbled and grateful for each and every one of you that supported us this weekend. A big shout out to Billy’s Super Market in Cataula and Cooper’s Hardware in Waverly Hall for allowing us to set up in their parking lots before the rain set in. A huge thank you to my girls, Ashlee, Dovie, Skylar, Hollie and Sherrie for all your help this week! Last but not least, thank you to my husband Ronnie for your problem solving skills and allowing me to borrow your crew for the weekend. I couldn’t have done it without you! Much love everyone💕

Unfortunately, Mother Nature isn’t on our side this weekend. With rain expected throughout Saturday, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this Saturday’s Midland Mix Market Series on May 9th 🌧️

As much as we were looking forward to another amazing market day, our priority is making sure both our vendors and community have the best experience possible and spending the day in the rain just isn’t it.

We know this is disappointing, but we appreciate everyone’s understanding and continued support of Street Food Saturdays and our local small businesses.

The good news? We’ll be back on June 6th for the next Midland Mix Market Series — same place, same time, and all your favorite vendors, food, shopping, and fun.

We can’t wait to see everyone then.
