Hi friends! A fellow quilter is looking for a photo of the Sunday Best Shop Hop quilt from 2013. That was before I was in the shop and saving records and I don’t have an image of it. New quilt shop opening soon! The Daisy Lemon is located in Sasser, GA near Albany. We met April last year as we were closing Sunday Best. She is creating a welcoming quilting community in her area and we are so excited to see her opening her new shop! Visit her page and follow it, she’s posted a few walk through videos of things coming together and fabric coming in. The building is charming and we spotted Riley Blake fabric inside! No trespassing! Our business is closed. Local Harris County folks, if you know the people in this video, please let them know they are on private property! The fencing and gates on both driveways are there for a reason.

Reminder: Sunday Best Quiltworks permanently closed in Oct. 2025. We are not part of the 2026 Middle Georgia Shop Hop.

No trespassing! Our business is permanently closed and our building is now private, residential property. I cannot believe I have to say this, but DO NOT use our private property for personal meetings, drop offs or pick ups of items. This is trespassing. Please use a public area in the county to meet up. We have security cameras, we can see your license plates, and we will prosecute for trespassing and damage to our property.

Thanks to your incredible support we completely sold out of inventory, furniture and fixtures today.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your sewing and quilting adventures for the last sixteen years. We are so grateful to have been blessed with such an amazing community of quilting friends.

We truly appreciate each and every one of you. As we prepare to move on to our next chapter, you guys showed up and showered us with kindness, compassion, support, love and hugs.
