My first try at homemade chicken dumplings, and using the Big Spring Mill Biscuit Mix made it super-easy. I was a little scared at first (top photo) because they got puffy and just floated on top, but after about 15 minutes they soaked up more of the chicken broth (and butter lol!) and ended up the exactly right texture. These definitely warmed the tummy and will be a regular this winter!
