Gail’s turning her garden into dinner again, and this one’s a full meal in a bowl. 🍅🌾

This week she’s making an Okra Tomato Bowl, built on okra and tomatoes she grew right in her own backyard with BloomUp. It’s simple, hearty, and the kind of dish that comes together with what’s already growing outside.

Sausage, onion, and rice round it out, with a kick of red pepper flakes if you like a little heat. This is comfort food that starts in the soil.

Here’s what you’ll need (4 servings):
🌾 2 cups okra (grown with BloomUp)
🍅 1 cup diced tomatoes (grown with BloomUp)
🧅 1/4 cup yellow onion
🥩 2 sausage links or 2 chicken breasts, diced
🍚 1 cup rice
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌶️ Red pepper flakes, if you like it spicy

Here’s the cooking process:

Cook the rice according to package directions.
Dice the onion and sausage (or chicken).
Sauté the onion and sausage until browned.
Add the okra and tomatoes and cook until tender.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
Serve over rice and enjoy.

Deer aren’t loyal to just any food plot. 🦌

They go where the forage is richer, denser, and worth coming back for.

That’s what RackUp is built for.

It works from the soil up, feeding beneficial microbes that boost root growth and nutrient uptake, so your plants grow stronger and more palatable. Add in the built-in natural attractant, and you’ve got a plot deer keep returning to instead of just passing through.

The payoff goes beyond visits. That nutrient density supports stronger antler growth in bucks and better health for does and fawns. Apply it spring through fall for season-long effectiveness, and you’re building soil fertility that carries your plot year after year.

Whether you’re managing land, running a hunt operation, or just want a plot that performs this fall, RackUp is built for the whole season.

Have questions? Drop them below, and if you’re ready to build a plot deer can’t walk past, shop RackUp at the link in our bio!

What if less fertilizer actually meant more forage this fall? 🌾

Less reliance on synthetic inputs. More from your soil. More from your forage.

GrazeUp™ puts beneficial microbes to work below the surface, supporting root development, nutrient efficiency, and a stronger, more resilient stand when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Your forage  is already doing its job. Let the microbes do theirs.

What if the dirt in your garden was actually alive? 🫨

Not alive in a metaphor kind of way. 😅Actually alive, with billions of microbes, fungi, and tiny organisms working underground right now, breaking down organic matter and turning it into something your plants can use.

Most of us think about feeding the plant. Water it, fertilize it, watch it grow. But the real work happens underneath, in soil that’s either full of life or slowly running out of it.

Our products are built to feed that biology, not just the plant sitting on top of it. 🌱

Stronger roots, better resilience, and soil that keeps getting better instead of wearing down season after season. 🌾✨

🍅 Soil to Supper: Gail’s Tomato Pie 🍅
This one comes straight from a follower’s question, she had a garden full of tomatoes and wasn’t sure what to make with them. So Gail got to work!

Gail’s famous tomato pie starts with her homemade crust (comment CRUST and we’ll send you that recipe too), layered with fresh tomatoes grown right in the garden with BloomUp.

Simple ingredients, big flavor. 🌱

Here’s how to make it:
🍅 Ingredients
Tomatoes, sliced
Homemade pie crust (store-bought works too!)

🧀 Filling
Cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Mayonnaise
Egg
Green onions
Bacon
Sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste

👩‍🍳 How to make it
Layer sliced tomatoes at the bottom of the crust. Mix up the remaining filling ingredients and dollop the mixture over the tomatoes. Add one more layer of tomatoes on top, then bake. Let it cool for at least 30 minutes (a great excuse to admire that garden harvest) before slicing in!

🌽 It’s Corn Day at the Wade place! 🌽

Once a year, the whole family (grandkids included) heads out to the field for one of our favorite days on the calendar. Wayne and the crew pick, shuck, and put up corn grown with BloomUp, most of it for freezing, with plenty set aside to eat fresh that same day.

Here’s the fun part: healthy soil is a big reason this corn turns out the way it does. When soil is full of the right microbes and nutrients, plants can actually take up what they need to grow strong, healthy ears, not just bigger ones. That’s the whole idea behind BloomUp. ☀️

So today isn’t just about corn. It’s proof that what you put into the ground shows up on your plate. 🌾

Happy Corn Day from our family to yours! 👩‍🌾 🚜

There’s nothing like the first bruschetta of summer, and this one’s made with fresh basil and tomatoes (grown with BloomUp) straight from the garden! Gail swears these are the best tomatoes she’s ever grown. ❤️👏

She toasts up some French bread, dices her tomatoes fresh off the vine, tosses in fresh basil and garlic from the garden, and finishes it with a little balsamic, parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Simple ingredients, fresh from the garden, that taste like summer.

If you’re growing your own tomatoes this year, we hope this one makes it onto your table too.

🍅 Gail’s Garden Fresh Bruschetta 🍅

Ingredients:
🍞 1 loaf French bread
🫒 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil (for the bread)
🍅 8 fresh tomatoes from the garden (Gail’s are grown with BloomUp)
🌿 1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
🧄 2 cloves garlic
🍷 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
🫒 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil (for the bruschetta)
🧀 1/4 cup grated parmesan
🧂 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper

1. Slice the French bread and brush each piece with olive oil.
2. Toast until golden and just crisp on the edges.
3. Dice your 8 garden tomatoes and add them to a bowl.
4. Chop the basil and mince the garlic, then stir both in.
5. Add the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
6. Let it sit a few minutes so the flavors come together.
7. Spoon the tomato mixture over the toasted bread.
8. Top with grated parmesan.
9. Serve on freshly toasted French bread and enjoy.
