Get a little floury with us 🥖✨

Spark Scent Collective x Flour Child are teaming up for Focaccia 101 - a hands-on workshop with Nikki Spyropoulos of Nikki Spyropoulos where you’ll learn the secrets to beautifully golden, pillowy focaccia.

Mix it. Dimple it. Top it. Then take it home to proof + bake fresh in your own oven.

Along the way, you’ll learn the basics of working with dough and yeast, how to get that crispy-bottom-meets-airy-center texture, creative topping techniques, and taste-test focaccia dips - plus take home an easy recipe booklet for future dip making!

And because it’s at Spark… cocktails, w**e, zero-proof pours + grazing will be available for purchase while you create. 🥂
