Happy Halloween! Go enjoy a festive cookie from Wegmans! Wegmans is one of the most impressive things I have been exposed to since beginning to work in Western New York. This privately held grocer leverages its strengths to create an incredibly loyal customer, and I am here for it! They are able to keep a competitive price point, while creating an upscale grocery experience. What is there to complain about?!

Convenience is one of the main attractions to e-tail Right now the Gen-Z shopper has more free time to shop at retailers and make it an experience.

I am curious to see if/how this generation's preferences will shift when they are shopping as a necessity, rather than an experience.

Gen-Z shoppers overwhelmingly prefer shopping in physical stores to buying online, according to a recently released ICSC study that surveyed 13-to-19-year-olds.
