Potluck Kitchenware is online! We're officially launching the new Potluck Kitchenware website.

Right now, the website is a place to get information about Potluck and the history of the building, collaborations around town, and store hours. Looking ahead, we'd love to have online sales and will be working toward this in the coming months.

Potluck’s cookbook wall is both beautiful and stocked with a variety of cookbooks! There’s truly an option for everyone and every dish. Along with Pierogi Love, some other favorites are Salt, Acid, Fat, Heat, Tartine, and What Can I Bring. All excellent additions to your recipe rotation.

We love reading cookbooks from cover to cover before incorporating the recipes or techniques into our cooking. It’s nice to get a sense of how the book works, what tools or techniques you need, and the author’s perspective. Plus it gives time to look at the pictures and read the stories that are often included.

If you have a specific recipe or interest come on in to see what we have! If it’s not in Potluck, we might be able to get it or can point to another place that would have it.

Who hates mincing 🧄 garlic🧄 ??

It's a tedious task and honestly is one of the more challenging ingredients to work with. Who designed garlic cloves anyway? There's the layers of peel on the whole bulb and then the layer on the clove all of which are hard and messy to get off the clove.

Dreamfarm solved several of those problems, and if you're like me, you're thrilled to have one less step to adding garlic in the measurements your heart and soul desire. Personally excited for the part of the Dreamfarm Garject that scrapes the minced garlic off the tool since I want every last bit of it in my dish. How much garlic is too much anyway? Is there even a way to measure that? 🧄
