There was another potential “hero shooter” in Idaho Falls. An off duty LEO ran TO the shooter; did not have his gun out, was shot in his shooting arm by the gunman and then couldn’t return fire.
Why couldn’t he shoot with his off hand? He didn’t have a round chambered and didn’t have the dexterity to rack it with his dominant hand.
