Happy National Cherries Jubilee Day!! Cherries Jubilee is vanilla ice cream covered with cooked cherries, doused with a liquor, and flambéed. Jan's version is Cherries Jubilee Cheesecake, but no flambéing...here they are before they go in the oven, with the cooked cherries. $10 each. Mmmmmm.
