It’s Breast Cancer Awareness month!! Do it - take the time to give yourself a self- exam. Do it in bed, do it in the shower, do it before you go to work or when you get home - just DO IT! I detected my own tumor in 2013, feeling under my armpit. It was the scariest thing I have ever been through—but thank god the cancer was caught early enough. After surgery, chemo and radiation, I was told I had clear margins. just DO IT!!
