With everything happening, are you feeling left out New York? We got you... Today SAF and its partners filed yet another new lawsuit, this time challenging New York's freshly enacted G***k ban.

Earlier in the year New York joined the short list of states that have attempted to sidestep the demands of the Constitution and the Supreme Court by banning G***k and G***k platform handguns from sale in the entire state.

The Second Amendment protects all arms in common use, and the Supreme Court has already expressly held that it protects handguns, and yet New York lawmakers were convinced by anti-gun lobbyists that somehow - some way - banning one of the most popular and common handgun platforms in the country was a good idea. Today they learn it was not.
