Hi everyone, since the season for the farmers market is going to be over, here comes our last business day this Saturday Oct 1. We hope to take the opportunity to serve authentic Hong Kong food and say goodbye to you folks. In the meantime, we will keep working hard to bring more Hong Kong food to Colorado. Please let us know if you want Hong Kong food in your family gatherings or parties!

What is Satay?
Satay is a Southeast Asian dish of seasoned, skewered and grilled meat, served with a sauce. It is a national dish of Indonesia. Hong Kong chefs blend Satay in our local food, i.e. instant noodles with Satay beef, which is one of our most signature local eatery dishes.

Satay has an intense and mixed flavour, spicy, salty, sweet, the main ingredients are honey, soy sauce, curry powder and peanut butter. It is widely adapted in Hong Kong cuisine.

WE LOVE COLORADO BEEF!
America has one of the best quality of beef in the World! So our restaurant serves Hong Kong style Satay with stirred Local Colorado Beef and toasted bun, it tastes excellent! We cannot wait to share it with you!

Have you ever been to Hong Kong?

Hong Kong was established as a colony of the British Empire after the Qing Dynasty ceded Hong Kong at the end of the First O***m War in 1842.

Hong Kong is characterised as a hybrid of East and West. Our food culture is unique and renowned. We created lots of delicacies with the inspiration of food in different cultures. For example, we have Hong Kong version of Curry from India, Toast from France, Tart from the UK, etc.

We are thrilled to share our diverse culture with the people in Colorado!
