It seems it has been forever since I made candies! Woke up this morning and made sure to make some! The light pink are strawberries and cream flavored and very yummy! All pink themed for the birthday party!

Now to finalize legitimatizing the business so I can get to selling! Just took me getting back into the swing of making them to find that drive again!

I’m still here! Been a crazy start to 2023 with tons of travel! Now that all my trips are done (for now) next up is the paperwork to make things legit so I can start selling! By end of March I promise. Hold me to it!!!

Found out I get to see a friend tomorrow I haven’t seen in awhile (Megan shout out- woot woot!) and I go- I need more candies!

And then instead of spending an hour decorating 7 snowflakes again I decided to spend 20 minutes doing three color marbleized stars instead. (Red, hot pink, and light pink)

As one of my longest work Friends who also happens to have one of the deepest knowledge of Friends- I feel I’m going to get some Monica quotes thrown my way tomorrow! Can’t wait for some honest feedback! Cause anyone who knows Megan knows she’s more blunt and honest than I am! And that says a lot! (Ok to be fair it’s like a tie…)

When we can start selling there will be three tiers of pricing based on the level of detail you’d like on your candies. Today I made snowflakes as examples so you can see the differences! The more detail the more it will cost!

And for those who have asked- the reason we aren’t selling yet is because I need various licenses to sell in Colorado and out of state. Plus I am going to get set up with a LLC so I’m fully legit. In the meantime anyone who sees me gets to try them for free!

Went shopping today and got my workstation all set up! It’s on wheels so I can roll it into the kitchen when it’s time for candy making time!

Top drawer are all my tools

Second drawer are my molds (20 separate designs- picked up 10 new ones today- hooray for after Christmas sales!)

Bottom drawer are all the raw form candies! (18 colors- multiple bags of the most used colors like white, black, etc)

Working hard to get this up and running!!!

Tomorrow I’ll show off the molds and maybe make some samples to show off!

Currently offering 18 colors of which 5 are specialty flavored! Here’s the color palette to give you an idea. Any listed with just a color are vanilla.

And peanut allergy sufferers don’t fret! Peanut butter candies will only be made upon request and made separate from all other candies on separate equipment and stored separately! My niece is allergic so we are very sensitive to it!

Soon I will start posting samples of all the different mold options available!
