📢 IMPORTANT SERVICE POLICY UPDATE

🔧 Friendly Reminder for All Customers

To keep repairs moving smoothly and ensure fair turnaround times for everyone, The Small Engine Barn is updating its pickup and storage policy.

📅 PICKUP POLICY

Once your repair is completed and you are notified:

Equipment must be picked up within 7 days

💰 STORAGE FEES
After 7 days, a storage fee of $10 per day will apply
Storage fees must be paid before equipment is released

⚠️ ABANDONED EQUIPMENT POLICY

If equipment is not picked up and payment is not made within 30 days of completion notice:

Equipment will be considered abandoned
The shop reserves the right to sell or dispose of the item to recover costs

📞 COMMUNICATION

Customers will always be notified when:

Repairs are complete
Payment is due
Equipment is ready for pickup

We always try to work with everyone, but space is limited and we must keep the shop running efficiently.

Hey guys don’t know if you know this, but I do service calls! Had a customer call me today stating deck belt came off, I went out and had him back up and mowing in less than 30 minutes! Give me a call today!
