Sixteen Sisters is a hand painted leather & vegan leather business. All my original artwork is inspired by bold, empowered, creative & intelligent women.

I’ve been creating one of a kind, unique wearable art since 2016. SIXTEEN SISTERS is a hand painted handbag and accessory shop that unites my favorite things~ art, friendships and nature

My canvases are unique handbags and accessories, some vintage, some vegan

The original designs are created by fusing a friendship with a beautiful form of nature; by uniting them together I'm able to paint perso

nalities into all of my products
Each bag is then named after my heroes, such as ELLA, making these handbags so much more than a purse, by preserving their story and creating wearable art
Only the highest quality leather or vegan leather products are selected making these handbags an option for your everyday handbag

I use Angelus leather paints and apply a waterproofing spray prior to shipping

A NEW CHAPTER!!🏠 Sixteen Sisters has relocated! My new studio and my new chapter in life,is now in Shrewsbury NJ. My husband and I moved in March to an area we have lived in before with family and dear friends so close by. I love my new studio with views of nature right outside my door and lots of sunshine 🌞the birds are chirping each morning, motivating me to create!!! New items are on the way!!

My Creative Inspirations❤️ With today being the last day of March and the end of Women’s History Month, today’s post is focused on my custom orders. 🙏🏻For me, there is nothing more honorable in my art, than a custom order. Having a client trust you to create their vision is an extraordinary process; with this comes probably my favorite creations, as when my customer sees the end result, they are always satisfied, knowing all the details & items that are important to them are present.
