Everyone is a collector of something. We like what we like. We’ve compiled a list of some antiques that are currently in demand:
Mid-century modern furniture: Has definitely had it’s moment in 2024
Chinese antiques: In high demand, especially with younger collectors, for their stylish and exotic decor
Art Deco rugs: From the 1920s, these rugs are expected to be very popular in 2025
Art Nouveau and Art Deco decorative objects: These include lighting and collectibles, as well as antique case pieces and tables
Furniture and upholstery with tassels and fringe: These vintage design elements add texture and serve as a finishing layer to a space
Precious metals: Gold and silver are in high demand due to their association with value across cultures
Rare coins: Especially those with historical importance or minting errors
Silver items: Flatware and decorative pieces are prized for their intrinsic metal value and craftsmanship
A nice list! And we’ve most if not all of those items in the store now or at one time. Our inventory is constantly changing. Other antiques that could be worth a lot of money include:
