On a hot day, eating a shaved ice feels cool and refreshing. A shaved ice is a frozen treat made by shaving a block of ice into soft, fluffy flakes and covering it with sweet, flavored syrup. The ice almost melts in your mouth.

We find it relaxing to sit in the shade, slowly enjoy a shaved ice, and take a break from the heat before, during, or after mini golf/gem mining. Fortunately, It’s a simple treat that can simply be ordered and picked up to go as well!

The 4th of July, or Independence Day, matters because it marks the day in 1776 when the Continental Congress adopted the Declaration of Independence.

So it’s both civic and personal: a reminder of how the U.S. started, and an excuse to be with the people you love.

Independence Day is a federal holiday. Most people don’t work, so it’s one of the few days in summer when family can actually gather without other conflicts and play some mini golf and enjoy SnoBiz while you’re there.

Introducing our new dye-free flavors and our sugar-free options!

Dye-free and sugar-free shaved ice skips two ingredients that don’t do your body any favors, especially when you’re just trying to cool off.

It’s still a treat - You’re eating flavored ice. “Good for you” is relative. It’s better than the sugary dyed version, but it’s not kale.

Basically: dye-free + sugar-free turns shaved ice from a candy-like treat into flavored water ice. You get the cold, sweet, refreshing part without the sugar crash, tooth risk, or potential dye sensitivities.
