Denim jeans upper part that the legs were cut off for a skirt previously. Free
Yard decor flag. $6 new

Anywho, let’s try something here. I am going to try to recreate this look. Now, I am assuming this designer has an industrial sewing machine that will sew though bulky hard seams, I do not but sure do push the limits, lol and break needles trying.

Also, if you see something repurposed fashion or bag you think is cool, post in comments below and maybe I can try to recreate it. ♻️

I reset and went back to the beginning, but better. 😍
Yes, beanie hats were the first thing I started making and every winter I am asked to make them, well, here yah go and this is just the start I hope.
I will always make the long elf like hats. I saw a girl walking around with one on when 85 degrees, that is true dedication! Of course I had to tell her how cute the hat was on her, and the mom told me where they got it and it was repurposed sweaters. I love they don’t know it is me that makes them. 😉
Look forward to a slow but steady return while I recover. 🤕
I will drop where the hats land when we get through the rest of summer. Elizabeth Regan whatcha think?

Finally got back into the sewing room, work, life, balance was off and got in the way this last month. Was feeling I needed vibes from times gone by. Hipsters are playing at Casting Iron tonight if you need a one of a kind size 27 pair of jeans to wear! ✌️🌻💕

So many donated shirts featured here. This was a plain woman’s plus box top, too plain, so I cropped it, added a bunch of repurposed donated tops, thanks! Cut off the short plain sleeves and was thrilled had a pair of donated pants to make into sleeves.
Donate to the cause and see what I do with it. Doesn’t happen over night, everything needs to find a friend to come together, but eventually it comes together.
