Question for all you Etsy sellers: a customer contacted me that her package did not arrive as stated & would like a replacement. According to the tracking info it was delivered in/at mailbox. When she asked the mail carrier, they stated they put it in the mailbox but it's not there. What should I do? I mean what is my responsibility? Because if I replace the 2 items, by the time i make them & resend them then I am making nothing quite possibly losing $. Help please!!
