Justin and Bobbi Jo worked so hard to get the grab n go stocked yesterday and then we didn’t have a lot of foot traffic. So in the grab n go today are the following:

We are off on new adventures today! We are stopping by Apple Holler in Sturtevant then maybe Brightonwoods Orchard as we make our way to Lake Geneva!

My new thing is to take a risk and leave some days available with no lodging so we can experience the area and then decide what we like, don’t like or would change. We decided a smaller lake and town that we can better interact on the water is more suited to us.

We will be doing a boat tour of the lake and maybe finally getting to rent some bikes (they didn’t have them in Racine or Kenosha to my surprise).

Adventure awaits and so does lots of apples!

2026 is the year of travel for us to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary (not until October) and Tim’s 65th birthday ...

2026 is the year of travel for us to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary (not until October) and Tim’s 65th birthday (not until September). The whole reason for the previous changes in our store hours was so we could find a balance and also so Tim can get his travel in LOL. We have a lot of projects in process at home but we had committed to a short trip and here we are off to Racine, WI. I would say it’s a bucket list trip not Racine so much as we have never been to Wisconsin. We are staying right on Lake Michigan. Adventure awaits and so do cheese curds!!!’

Good afternoon! I have prepared and posted the menu for June 12th and 13th. Tim and I are leaving town and Justin and Bobbi Jo will be cooking and running the store.

I am offering flatbreads again, however, just on Saturday as it would be too much for them to cook food and do that too since Tim and I won't be here to prep on Thursday.

Please be patient with them and expect things may not be ready until later in the day.

There are two separate links this week to make sure you all understand the flatbreads are for Saturday only. I have the flatbreads on sale for $9.90 each this round.
