Congratulations to Ascension Evangelical Lutheran Church in Willow Street on the purchase and partial installation of the their new Rodgers Instruments Infinity 367. It is a partial installation using our stock sub-woofers while we are making custom subwoofers to match the church woodwork and custom Full-range speakers for the Cantoral Division - the rest of the organ is installed behind the new fabric covered chambers. Thank you to Mike Vanovich, Sam Dunklau and the Mt. Everest Moving team and to Eagle Rental in Stevens, PA. Thank you also to John Z and the very kind folks at Ascension! Completion date currently scheduled for the week of October 12. Stay tuned! Even at this stage, it sounds magnificent!

ORGAN CONCERT IN CARLISLE - NOVEMBER 22, 2026

Congratulations again to First Church of God Carlisle (Glendale on their new Rodgers Imagine 351M, installed about a year ago. First Church of God is pleased to announce an Organ Concert by local artist, David Erickson on November 22, 2026 at 3 pm.

David grew up in Chambersburg and currently lives in Carlisle with his wife Leann. They have three children and enjoy travelling to Europe where they look for cathedrals to visit with amazing organs. They were recently in Paris and visited Notre Dame. David has played the instrument there, as well as other cathedral organs.

David began organ lessons after a Sunday morning service when he was awed by the organist’s playing. He studied with Bob Eyer through High School then attended Penn State graduating with a degree in Math and Physics, where he also studied organ with June Miller. Then he received his master’s degree in Organ Performance under scholarship at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. He returned to Chambersburg and joined his father in business. He has had the opportunity to coach with a number of organists including James Moeser, Marilyn Keiser, Marie-Claire Alain, Mme. Durufle, Daniel Roth, and Olivier Latry. David served for many years as the Cantor at Christ Lutheran Church, Gettysburg and at First Lutheran Church, Carlisle. He now serves as accompanist for the current cantor at First Lutheran Church, Carlisle.

The concert will prove to be quite exciting! Hope to see you there!

Congratulations to Conestoga Church of the Brethren in Leola, PA on the completion of their new Rodgers Instruments Infinity 367 (shown here). The church's previous Rodgers model 330 served more than 50 years. This beautiful instrument utilizes a 16.3 audio system, where ther Great, Swell and Pedal speak from the Rear Gallery, the Solo and Choir divided between the front chambers. Dedication plans are in progress and we will announce that when it is scheduled!
