🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟We woke up to no water on Wednesday morning and the McBride’s team went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and get us set up with a new well pump that same afternoon. They answered my panicked phone call at 6 am, the owner himself came out to the house to figure out what we needed, and the excellent repair techs did a fantastic job with the installation - we were so impressed!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟After over 4.5 years of poor quality filtration installed by another company we finally have good quality equipment installed professionally instead of looking like a DIY job. This looks like commercial quality filtration and with improved water pressure. One thing I will say in case you're wondering, an AIRaider radon filter is very loud, but it's far better than the carbon filters that harbor radiation. ✨✨✨✨✨Extremely pleased with service from McBride’s. Customer service reps were very helpful and took the time to look up our account as we are new owners. We received a reminder call prior to the visit. Technician “Elijah” was timely, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what the visit would entail and approximately how long it would take. This is a three-horse, 15 GPM well pump that was set at 500 feet, located in Cheshire County, New Hampshire. The well, as one would expect, has heavy iron. The intakes and impellers were plugged, and the drop pipe was severely restricted, causing low water flow into the pump house. We replaced the pump, pipe, and wire, chlorinated and cleaned up the water by running it from the top of the well, and improved the water volume from 4 GPM before replacement to 15 GPM after replacement. Pictured below is the plugged intake, as were the impellers. This well cleaned up very nicely after about an hour of running water. It will be put back online tomorrow.

Although hardness has no state limits when testing this however doesn't mean that you do not need a water softener. Having hard water in your home is not pleasant.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟McBride just did the yearly service on my water softener and in line water filter. The tech did a great job. Showed want the service entailed. Was very thorough. And more importantly answered all my questions…. this is a must service. Everyone should have a basis to maintain your system working in optimal order.. Very friendly Tech Excellent company. Update 4/29/26 Jared came out to give me an estimate on a job as I had some major concerns on my end. (He was here for a good while ) He was extremely informative extremely patient and told me exactly what I needed to do. Did not try to sell me anything did not try to push me to do anything I didn’t need to do. This company is extremely honest. I’ve dealt with many companies in the past. I called them for a follow up question regarding my well water pump, and Jared explained everything I needed to know and there was no charge. I can tell you from experience another company would’ve charged for the service call. If you need anything done related to your well water or your water coming into your house, etc. this is the company to deal with. Thank you, Jared.
