We are a "soon to open" new donation-based Thrift Store in Erwin, TN, adjacent to Uptown Treasures Antique/Vintage/Gift booth mall. Whilst we are a private business, we are putting 10% of all Hidden Treasures sales into a Community Fund with 50% of that fund donated to Unicoi County Animal Shelter and the remaining 50% donated to local charitable causes; whether donated directly to existing organi

zations or putting on community events benefiting Children, Seniors, Veterans, Animals, New Moms, etc. We will publish a monthly report showing details on fund amount and dispersement while we work on becoming a non-profit. We do need volunteers to help sort and price so please message if you are interested. Prices will remain thrifty-cheap!!

Thank you everyone for shopping at and donating to Hidden Treasures! Thanks to our Community Fund, we were able to issue two checks yesterday. One to Unicoi County Animal Shelter and the other to Local Angels, two very important local services that help those in need. Come see us today, we open at 11:30!

Reporting that for July, the Community Fund we donate 10% of Thrift Store Sales = $88.06. That means $44.03 for the Animal Shelter and $44.03 for the Community Fund that still had $35.03 in it, so now a total of $79.06. Another $39.30 in the Animal Shelter Donation Jar, for a total donated this month of $83.33. With July's $110.03 that is now a grand total of $193.36 to Unicoi County Animal Shelter. It's not heaps but it's not bad for the second month! Hopefully it keeps growing growing growing! We will keep you all updated on where the Community Fund gets dispersed :)
