Armageddon on Wheels, Success! I don't think one of the buses out of the Mel's garage kept its hood, maybe granny but she put a hole the size of a softball in her oil pan!
We would like to say THANK YOU to the Spriks family, Gene's Towing & Recovery, and all the great volunteers for all the hard work they put into this great event each year!
We may not have taken home a trophy this year, but we sure had fun trying!

It's time! The animals have been waiting all year for August 1st, ARMAGEDDON ON WHEELS!
It's finally here. Tomorrow, August 1st at the UP State Fairgrounds Raceway.
The animals can't wait to show off their bus! Come on out for some great family fun!

Armageddon on Wheel's here we come! Keeping it all in the Mel's Lawn & Garden Family we have Glen driving Farmageddon, Grace driving The Grassinator, new this year we have Sam driving Big Red and last but not least we have Carolyn driving Grand Theft Granny!
Come on out and cheer us on This Saturday, August 1st, at the UP State Fairgrounds racetrack.

Armageddon On Wheels began in 2013 when a group of racing enthusiasts put their heads together and put on a first ever show in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan at the U.P. State Fair. Just in time to celebrate Mom, Mel's is opening just for her! Bring mom in for a new pair of Muck or XtraTuf boots. Maybe a beautiful windchime is what she'd like. For your more practical Mom, a new rake or shovel, garden seeds, soil: all the things she needs to get her garden off to a great start!
