What was once a successful outlet mall, has been transformed into a creative hub & event space that has been designed to empower Vermont entrepreneurs. The experience was born out of a desire to create a space where people can connect, celebrate, play, and learn.​ We strive to build a place where we can support our community and the people in it. We are proudly home to over 20 Vermont businesses, the Essex Cinema, the Double E Performance Center, and a newly renovated green! Located in Essex on Route 15A - right next to the Essex Resort & Spa - our goal is to serve as a venue for artists, artisans, performers, crafters, or anyone with something special they want to share.
